How will I find out about Picture Day?

The Picture Day order form will be sent home with your child about one to three weeks before Picture Day.

Your school may send you Picture Day reminder emails or put information on their website.


What if my child misses Picture Day?

For fall portraits, your school will schedule a retake day. Please contact us to find out your school’s retake day.


When do school portraits arrive?

School portrait orders will be delivered to the school about three weeks after Picture Day.


What if I don’t like my child’s school portraits?

Go Photo offers a satisfaction guarantee. For school portraits, return your portraits on retake day and we’ll re-photograph your child free of charge. If you’re still not satisfied, return your portraits for a full refund. Spring portraits do not have a retake day, you can return your portraits for a full refund. Refund request must be within 15 days of receiving the order.


How do I order more portraits?

Reordering details are detailed on the top of the portrait envelope.


i need to order and i missed prepaying?

If you did not prepay and submit an order form on Picture Day, please contact us 3 weeks after RETAKE Day when all portraits will be available online. Submit a request for online access information - CLICK HERE


If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving order to request a refund. Photo order must be returned to our office for full refund.

If your order has an error or missing items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving order to request correction/completion of the order.

We reserve the right after 15 days to refuse refund and order correction requests.
